THINGS THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• Once your order is placed, keep an eye on your inbox for a confirmation email. Soon after, another email will follow, containing your tracking information once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

• Please note, purchases of Gift Cards do not contribute towards the free shipping threshold.

• In the rare event that your order doesn't arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please reach out to us promptly, ideally within 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking information. We're here to assist you every step of the way.

• Note that shipping times may vary depending on what country your order is going to. Everything is shipping from our warehouse in Sweden. When it has left our warehouse it's up to our carriers to deliver it as soon as possible.
