About the Role:

We’re looking for a Marketing & Community Manager to take charge of our social media presence, build meaningful connections, and help us amplify our brand. If you’re creative, organized, and passionate about fitness and community, this is your chance to shine.

Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management: Develop and execute content strategies for all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the 4Zenith brand.
• Content Creation: Create simple yet engaging posts, reels, and stories that resonate with our audience.
• Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and build authentic partnerships.
• Customer Support: Serve as the voice of 4Zenith, managing inquiries and ensuring exceptional customer service through social channels and email.

E-Commerce Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We’re looking for a data-driven, conversion-obsessed E-Commerce Growth & Experience Manager to lead the evolution of our online store. This role is all about turning traffic into sales, optimizing the customer journey, and growing our digital presence. If you thrive on numbers, user experience, and scaling brands through strategic e-com moves — this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Website Experience: Own the look, feel, and flow of the 4Zenith website. Ensure every click and scroll delivers a seamless and engaging customer journey.
• Conversion Optimization: Identify gaps, run A/B tests, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and boost revenue.
• Analytics & Insights: Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion, bounce rates, customer behavior), and turn insights into action.
• E-Commerce Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and seasonal pushes.
• SEO & Performance: Ensure pages are fast, discoverable, and optimized for search engines and user intent.
• Customer Experience: Collaborate on post-purchase flows, feedback loops, and retention strategies that keep people coming back.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify is a big plus).
• A strong grasp of analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.) and what drives user behavior.
• A creative problem-solver who’s always thinking about the next tweak to improve performance.
• Familiarity with UX principles, CRO tactics, and digital funnels.
• A passion for fitness, performance, and building something meaningful.
